As the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Decibel Cannabis Company Inc, Jesse is responsible for leading the legal, regulatory, and human resource departments, as well as all governance and public relations required as a publicly traded company. This senior leadership role has had an immense impact on understanding the needs of individuals and the support systems that allow them to function and balance both work and their personal situations.
