Jessica Tsang is the Founder and Medical Director of Direct Health Solutions, a concierge medical clinic dedicated to personalized healthcare and the management of complex medical conditions. Her professional work has centred on advancing standards of care, strengthening clinical leadership, and promoting clear, compassionate communication across healthcare systems.

In addition to her clinical practice, Jessica has contributed to healthcare education and leadership development. She previously served as faculty at Mount Royal University’s School of Nursing and played a key role in the development of SAIT’s Healthcare Leadership Program. With extensive experience in primary care and organizational leadership, she brings a strategic, patient-centred perspective to both clinical practice and board governance.

Her family’s experience navigating her grandmother’s dementia profoundly shaped her commitment to improving access to family-centred and culturally responsive dementia care. Jessica is honoured to contribute her expertise, leadership, and advocacy to the board of Gordie Howe CARES.
